Returns and Refunds Policy:
- No refund, but in the case of damaged goods, the buyer can ask for a product replacement.
- Buyer must make a product replacement with 7 days of the purchase date.
- In the case of a product replacement, Farcent Enterprise (Thailand) will send the buyer replacements of the same goods.
- To be able to make a product replacement, the goods must be damaged before the buyer receives it.
- To make a product replacement, the buyer must email (farcent.thailand@gmail.com) the details and photos of the damaged goods.
- In case goods were damaged and can be replace, Farcent Enterprise (Thailand) will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy:
1. All cancellations must be within the 48 hours of the orders.
2. Buyers must state the reason for cancellation.
